CEREC One Visit Crowns offered at Dr. Marino's Pompton Plains Dental office

CEREC is one of the world’s premier systems for the fabrication of all ceramic dental restorations in one office visit. Using 3D photography, the desired restoration is first created as a three dimensional digital model.  At the Pompton Plains dentist office of Dr. Brian Marino, a crown can be created usually in one visit.

Once refined by Dr. Marino, the model is next transformed into the actual restoration with the latest Computer Aided Technologies in both design and manufacturing, and then milled – on premises – using a diamond head milling machine, which is also controlled by the computer.

Dr. Marino then simply bonds the new restoration to your tooth using a resin, and the entire procedure is complete, usually within the first visit. This technology is used by only 5% of Dentists throughout the country, and can be applied to crowns, veneers, or inlays.
