Financial Policy

Whether in support of your first visit or during our continuing care dental program, we will ensure that you are fully aware of our recommended treatment plans and options, along with our current fee structure. In an ongoing effort to provide you with exceptional dental care at an affordable cost, we ask that services be paid in full either prior to or at the time they are provided. Specific financial arrangements may also be made for treatment that requires several visits. Please speak with Laurie if you have any questions.

Dental Insurance

We accept most plans for insurance. As a courtesy to our patients with insurance coverage, we will collect only the estimated patient responsibility due at the time of treatment, and will submit the necessary claim forms for the balance. After 60 days, all balances must be paid in full to avoid finances charges.

 

Dental Care Financing

Another option is dental care financing through a third party financing company CareCredit. Once approved, this program will allow you extend your payments over several months. In most cases, application and approval is quick and easy. Simply click on the CareCredit link to apply
